Jurong Membrane Bioreactor Plant ($35 million) – Served as Contracts Executive on the project. Negotiated, developed & managed subcontracts. Prepared progress claims and cost reports & managed variations.Hyflux was responsible for design, construction, commissioning, testing and operating the water reclamation facility. It has a designed capacity of 68,000m3 or 18MGD. It will be the largest MBR plant in Singapore once it is in operation.

Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Northcroft in Singapore. - Prepared budget estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities.- Worked on fees audits - Compiled main and sub-contract tender documentation- Attended design team and client meetings- Managed contract variations- Prepared valuations for interim payment certificatesMy project portfolio entailed the Singapore Government Hospital, a new 5-storey condominium development, two 36-storeys high luxury condominiums, a high-rise residential apartment refurbishment, a 5-Storey mixed-use development, the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and a new MRT station. I was also actively involved with the introduction of the Cadmeasure software at the office which ensured we were prepared to meet the proposed Electronic Measurement Standards.
