I am a Business Analyst with over a decade of customer service experience. I have worked in retail banking, retail sales, and telephone support for customers. I have an aptitude for data analysis and I am looking forward to growing my skill set in the near future.I enjoy working with data and technology, as well as continuously improve through practice and dedication. My natural curiosity, interest in how systems work, and love of puzzle solving, help me find solutions and fix issues.I am passionate about helping people, learning and sharing knowledge with others on how they can use technology to solve problems.
