As a member of the District Project Management Unit (DPMU) under the Jal Jeevan Mission within the West Bengal Public Health Engineering Department, my role is to ensure the delivery of quality drinking water to every household in the district. This involves managing and monitoring various aspects of water supply, including:1.Construction and maintenance of water treatment plants.2.Installation of DI/UPVC/HDPE pipes for distribution.3.Construction of overhead reservoirs, GLRs, Pumping Station etc.4.Construction or maintenance of AIRP/IEP systems.Additionally, I handle pre and post-construction tasks such as:1.Estimates and rate analysis.2.Preparation of drawings.3.Tendering processes.4.Vendor management.Data management related to all aspects of the project is also within my responsibilities.

Worked as a Natural Resource Management Expert on the Cluster Facilitation Project under MGNREGA.Increased the efficiency of the work like Concrete Roads, Watersheds, Land Development, Waterbody Maintenance under MGNREGA.Ensured the facilities of the Act reached every villager.Coordinated with the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) and West Bengal Panchayats and Rural Development Department (WBPNRD) through block-level administration.Monitored and maintained data of construction work from field level to district level.

Prepared drawings and estimates for small and medium-sized residential and commercial projects.Monitored every part of those projects.Completed three G+1 residential buildings.Completed the foundation work for a G+5 residential project near Bankura.

Appointed as a Civil Engineer at this Construction Firm. Here my roll was to handel every small or big construction projects going on (such as Road, CheckDam, Buildings, Canal etc.)and communicate with Govt. officials. Also I was engaged in prepare estimate and rate analysis as per requirements.
