Managing the entire finance & accounts function of the group as their group CFO

Was Group CFO of Concast group responsible for raising & restructuring of more than Rs 7500 crore as term loan & working capital for 8 companies of Concast Group who were into trading and steel manufacturing business. Led the entry strategy of Concast group through Concast Infratech Limited into infrastructure domain and created an orderbook of Rs 3300 crore from road and port sector also raised long term debt to the tune of Rs 1000 crore to implement the same. Handled the entry of Concast Group into Hong Kong and Singapore market through Concast Hong Kong Limited and Concast Singapore Pte. Ltd. for their trading operations and raised USD 40 million through these entities.

 Headed the entire Finance & accounts team of CIL from 2011 till 2015.  Achieved financial closure for all the BOT/PPP projects undertaken by group company M/s Concast Infratech Limited with a composite debt exposure of Rs 1000 Crore from consortium of banks.  Also raised equipment loans to the tune of Rs 40 Crore and arranged non-fund base limit to the tune of Rs 75 Crore for Concast Infratech Limited for its EPC business.  Handled the statutory audit of all the project SPVs and the holding company M/s Concast Infratech Limited.  Handled the secretarial compliances and tax compliances for all the SPVs and holding company. Managed equity infusion in the SPVs through formation of Joint Ventures.  Achieved special approvals from World Bank for two road SPVs; thus reducing the interest rate.  Independently drove all the project finance proposals for the SPVs from International Banks /Financial Institutions and also from the Indian Banks/Financial Institution. Responsible for all financial projections, Information Memorandum for project finance proposals.  Responsible for financial bid evaluation and proposal documents for both EPC & BOT Projects and created an order book of Rs 3300 Crore (USD 550 Million).  Formed Joint Ventures for infrastructure projects with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd., Korea, United Waters, Montreal Airport, PATH India Ltd, Tarmat Limited and other international infrastructure players for bidding Infrastructure Projects.
