Led the role of NE operations by building sensitized youth from elite institutions under the Project of Ford Foundation “`Investing in Future Leaders” which emphasizes the importance of new Education Policy Established linkage with NAAC A+ grade educational institutions to sensitize students on grassroots issues & rural India through activities such as workshops/seminars/webinars/others Established linkage with development organizations throughout North-East to incubate students for immersion/mentorship Managing seminars/webinars/conferences in Universities Mentoring students on rural immersion/internships etc

Led the role of MGNREGS anchor, Bank Anchor, Cluster leader, Documentation & reporting incharge, MIS coordinator, PMAGY project anchor under the position of Project Executive. Collaborated with ASRLM, MGNREGS cell, BTC secretariat, Line departments to work in projects supported by Axis Bank Foundation, State MGNREGA cell, BTC PMAGY, IFC-ASRLM. Roles & Responsibilities during the same are as follows: MGNREGS anchor: Supporting locational team in implementing IBS schemes by partnering with government stakeholders (block/district) Played the role of Cluster Leader by implementing incremental livelihood activities with SHGs/Farmers. Partnered with ASRLM & mentored community agriculture/livestock entrepreneurs for supporting the SHGs & local farmers. Imparted agriculture & allied activities training & field level execution support to community cadres/Block staff.  Played the role of Bank Anchor by supporting locational team in leveraging credit from banks Led the project documentation, reporting, team data collection & management. Led the PMAGY project in collaboration with BTC secretariat in District Udalguri, BTR, Assam. Facilitated village development plan submission of 13 villages under District Udalguri by collaborating with development blocks alongside multiple line departments.

A Medical Scribe Trainee in US nightshift. Medical scribe is a personal assistant to the physician performing documentation of the ongoing live streaming of the patient's visit, and thus partnering with physician to deliver patient care. Attended patient appointments and wrote narrative account of events using proper abbreviations, grammar and spelling.

Done my capstone project in “Ethanol extraction from potato peel waste” where I have utilized the lignocellulosic biomass for production of ethanol. I have dealt with multiple instruments required for grinding, fermenting, sterilizing and production of ethanol from potato peel waste. Bioethanol is used as fuel in most countries which counteracts the need of excessive fossil fuels.

Worked on the project of phytochemical screening and antioxidant activity of neem plant.
