Current•Preparing Daily Production Plan as per Mould & Extrusion Line.•Compound Troubleshooting on extrusion line.•Manpower planning to achieve the planned Target.•Production target vs actual verification on shift wise.•Attend Daily Morning Meeting And report to Production Manager.•Attend Daily Rejection Meeting and take the action plan regarding rejection.•Production report Updating.•Production report Vs physical stock inward Monitoring.•Daily Consumption Inventory Management.•Raw Material Stock update on daily basis.•Implementation of Kaizen for Improving Safety, Quality & Productivity.•Involve in trials for NPD & other improvement activity.•I have all knowledge about rubber mixing Process and lab instruments, LikeRheometer,Mooney Viscometer, Hardness Tester etc.•Improvement Compound Quality to Reduce Rejection Rate.•Preparation Work instruction.•Creating & Modifying the SOP of Machines.•Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.•Maintain a strong focus on Compound quality, adhering to established qualitystandards.•Handle SAP / ERP processes related to production.•Maintain 5'S on Shop floor.
