 Handling the factory team of particular for day to day factory operations and also coordinating with Factory Manager with reports and pertaining to inventory and efficiency.  Daily production and manpower planning as per order.  Inventory management and coordinate with inventory team ( RM and PM stock )  Tracking of daily online order.  Maintained clean work spaces, follow GMP norms and food safety guidelines.  Maintain daily production, utility and transport report.  Maintain production equipment and machinery and preventive maintenance planning.  Try to give best quality products to customer.  Reduce wastage during production and try get maximum yield.

·       Daily production and management of products of Vista Processed Foods Pvt.Ltd Fresh Produce (McDonald, Subway and Burger King) & Frozen retail packaging ITC, Godrej and Keventer Agro.·       Daily raw material inventory management.·       Preparation of daily production report.·       Navision system commercial work- daily data entry of production report, inventory, purchase and sales.·       Machine maintenance planning. ·       Maintain all plant activity. GMP norms and food safety guidelines, clean work place and improvement in finished product yield.·       Manage daily RM & PM Material, manpower and other required sources. ·       Handle monthly stock audit.·       Train shop floor team on various topic. (Process parameter, GMP, cleaning and sanitation).·       Supervise and support the production team and in alignment with the management team.
