Key Result Areas• Augmenting the profitability of the contracts within area of responsibility and deliver the required results.• Steering, building, handling, and encouraging a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality.• Managing multiple projects such as Community management (Town Square Dubai NSHAMA), Du telecom portfolio across UAE, EFTA (Emirates Flight Training academy), SRG properties portfolio, Emaar Gold and diamond parks, Musanda contracts for western region in SILA and Liwa and various other multiple projects. • MANAGING successfully the P&L portfolio for over 3.5mil monthly value with team of facilities managers, engineers, coordinators, admins, site supervisors, specialist system subcontractors and a site team of more than 500+ manpower.• Been the first point of escalation for all the FM service delivery across assigned contracts• Supporting the senior management in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client requirements.• Leading, and maintaining account development plans, as well as supporting the change management process and associated service levels agreements (SLAs) while assuring risks are mitigated.• Handling the overall services and teams to the agreed standards.• Building relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure reliable service and quality products
