Experience in project planning and control, procurement, estimation and customer satisfaction in oil field, wellhead, pump and rotating equipment's Job Responsibility: - Wellhead, API- Oil & Gas, Rotating equipment’s,  Technical review of customer requirement and engineering drawings for relevant project and arrange kick-off meeting to discuss about the project requirements. Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working environment of all team members. Responsible for updating about project to customer regarding on time delivery schedule and get the relevant input if any requirement from client. Responsible for assigned project of manufacturing and refurbishment of various types of wellhead and oilfield components including pump and rotating equipment. Assisting estimation team for costing, quotation drawing, delivery schedule at bidding stage as well as at execution stage. Co-ordinating with sales, Engineering and operation team for follow-up during initial and final stage of project.  Responsible for detailed project planning and scheduling to define resources and budget for on time project delivery with maximum utilization of our resources. Conducting project planning meeting and updating daily schedule based on progress of project and reflecting delays based on feedback from various departments like Engineering, procurement, services, and quality. Responsible for material and spares which involves pre-purchase request for raw material, Spares, release order to vendor and other sub-contract works through ERP for procurement. Follow up with procurement team for availability of spares and material considering three important factors quality, delivery & commercially to get it on time for parts. Responsible to complete the project within assigned budget from management and ensure to get the maximum profit with utilization of available resources. Assisting the estimation team in determining costs and establishing delivery timelines during both the bidding and execution stages, in alignment with our capacity planning. Facilitating project planning meetings and adjusting the daily schedule according to project progress, incorporating feedback from diverse departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Services, and Quality to account for any delays Accountable for managing materials and spare parts, entailing initiating pre-purchase requests for raw materials and spare parts, releasing orders to vendors, and overseeing subcontracted work through an ERP system for procurement.
