# Technical review of customer requirement and engineering drawings for relevant oil field and rotating equipment components such as centrifugal pump, compressor, and turbo machinery.# Responsible for assigned project of manufacturing and refurbishment of various types of pump and rotating equipment# Assisting estimation team for costing, quotation drawing, delivery schedule at bidding stage as well as at execution stage.# Responsible for material and spares which involves pre-purchase request for raw material, Spares, release order to vendor and other sub-contract works through ERP for procurement.# Floating of Enquiries, comparative cost analysis, estimating and negotiation with technically & commercially approved vendors for project control.# Follow up with procurement team for availability of spares and material considering three important factors quality, delivery & commercially to get it on time for parts.# Co-ordinating with supplier to resolve technical issues for maximum utilization of available resources to reduce the cost and maintain OTD for customers.# Conducting project planning meeting and updating daily schedule based on progress of project and reflect delays based on feedback from various department like Engineering, procurement, services, and quality.# Preparing weekly schedule compliance and OTD reports and highlighting to major stake holders and Provide year end, total project completion forecasts.# Arrangement for sub-contract works such as TC Coating, satellite coating, dynamic balancing, Heat treatments such as stress relief etc. which cannot be done in-house based on exceeding capacities

 Review Scope of Customer requirement, Project Schedule, Material specifications, analysis quotation report, Engineering Drawings and Design criteria for various Wellhead components & API Products covered in API 6A, 5CT, 7-1, 16A, 16C, fittings like Wellhead components, Crossover, Adaptor spool, Spacer spool, Drilling Spool, Mud Cross, DSA, Tee, Elbow, Cross, Various types of flanges, Casing & Tubing, Fabrication of piping spool, skid, Choke Manifold, Bypass Manifold, Stand Pipe Manifold, Kill Manifold, and Distribution Manifold, Christmas tree,  Co-coordinating with Customers & intercompany departments regarding deviations & getting approved. Demonstrated ability to cost control through most effective uses of available resources.  Maintaining the Rough capacity planning , Load charts, work balance chart for various work cells and adjusting the scheduling based on priorities. Provide internal and external progress reporting and establishing action plan Improve the processes to increase productivity and meet customer requirements by analyzing daily production reports Co coordinating with Third party Inspectors from DNV, BV, Intertek for witnessing various tests like Pressure testing, Load testing etc, New suppliers for understanding the product nomenclatures and customers for factory acceptance test.

Activities:-  Reviewing and understanding the technical & commercial aspects of the clients inquiry. Calculating requirement of raw material, consumables, manpower and subcontracting as per requirement of the Client Costing of API Products covered in API 6A, 5CT, 7-1, 16A like Crossover, Adaptor spool, Spacer spool, Drilling Spool, Mud Cross, DSA, Tee, Elbow, Cross, Various types of flanges, Casing & Tubing, Fabrication of piping spool, skid used in “OIL & Gas” industries such as refineries, gas processing, drilling companies, petrochemicals Preparing final commercial & technical tender documents as per the client requirement and discussing with the management before submitting it to client. Ensuring clear understanding of the client’s technical specifications/drawings for the manufacturing and to check the requirement is within company capability for design and manufacturing of oillffiled products. Planning and scheduling of all types of Manufacturing and Repair of oilfield product covered in API 6A, 5CT, 7-1, 6D like, crossover, studded Block, Double Studded Adaptor, Drilling Spool, Spacer Spool, Weld Neck Flange, Hub, Weco Union, Saver sub, bit sub, Welded pup joint and fabrication items also. Modify process to improve productivity to meet customer requirement. Process Improvement in Metal Spray Area like, Monel Coating, HVOF, and Chrome Coating etc.Key Account Handled – Smith International, Sino gulf, Hydraulic System, Petroleum Development of Oman, ORPIC Sohar, Vale Oman, Salalah Methanol Company, Special Technical Services, Petrofec, International Drilling tech, Oman Dry Dock, MB Petroleum and all AL Sulaimi Group etc
