CurrentCarrying out Fabrication, Assembly, Erection of Steel Structural Work, Like- Gallery,Junction Tower, Transfer Tower, Trestle, Star column, Platform, Stair Case, and Girder &Side Cladding etc. Monitoring ongoing welding activities according to welding procedure and qualificationrecords. Document Review of Material. Stage wise inspection before, during and after Welding fabrication. Work execution of plate work Duct and rectangular duct, different type of bend, cone,panel,hopper, and bin, also coordinate with Fabrication & erection team and work as erectionpriorities. Erection and alignment of conveyor gallery a with drive system. Responsible for Pre Planning of work material check with Availability and Discussion withsite Engineers Indenting and follow-up for shortage material. To prepare D.P.R. & monthly planning schedule relative Clinker silo and also coordinate with billing department to approach easy to prepare bills. Preparation of Quotations as per the Enquiries of the Clients, estimate man hours&resource requirements. Proper indent of Project Materials and consumables.Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report Plan VS Actual. Controlling the flow of Construction Drawings at site. Proper Distribution of Manpower as per the work at site. Safety Precautions taken during Fabrication and Erection of works. Periodically check of Work completed at site. Preparing Daily Progress Report and Manpower Report for Management Review. Preparation of Client & Contractor Bills. Maintaining the document so the work from Start of project to End of project. Maintaining and Control of Proper Materials Handle used for work. Monitoring of Work progress at site both fabrication & Erection . Complete material reconciliation of the site. Prepare the PR with required Material , Crane , Services Engineer and Miscellaneous WorkFor Plant Prepare Issue slip For required materialMaterial Code extension.
