Formulization of corrective actions and contingency plans to avoid time overrun and cost overrun.  Carried out Factory Acceptance Trials of IPMS control system for ASW Corvette consisting at least about 10,000 signal parameters with extensive iterations to comply logical flow of control. Conducted regular project meetings at various level of the organisation to monitor and plan the activities to comply contractual schedule.  Effective Constraint management by conducting regular delinquent vendor meeting to avoid input delays to the project. Conducted entire procurement activities on behalf of the organisation from preparation of RFQ, Technical negotiation, Price bid, Price negotiation and placement of orders.
