With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing enterprise business applications and teams, I am a seasoned Ecommerce and ERP/CRM expert who leads the North America Managed Services and Commerce practice at Hitachi Solutions Americas. My mission is to provide support services, including updates, enhancements, assessments, across the entire Microsoft suite of workloads, from Dynamics to Azure, to over 250+ accounts with P&L KPIs.I also head the Hitachi Order Management Suite, a product that offers end-to-end solutions for both B2C and B2B merchants, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. I am responsible for the product development and roadmap, implementation services, and support for over 100 Commerce store fronts globally. As a practice leader, I leverage my expertise in retail, supply chain management, distribution, and manufacturing, to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to our customers.
