Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,performance evaluations etc).Coordinate HR projects (meetings,training, surveys etc) and take minutes.Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).Communicate with public services when necessary.Properly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

• Involved in entire Recruitment Life Cycle like Requirements Gathering, Sourcing of Profiles, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling Interviews, Interaction with Candidates and Joining follow-ups.• Successful in sourcing and placing candidates.• Sourcing of the candidates through various job portals like Naukri, Quikr, Monster, internal database, references and social networks like LinkedIn etc., based on the clients requirement.• Worked in various domains and willing to learn new domain also.• Checking on the candidate’s attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the Rate parts accordingly.
