As a Azure LiveSite Engineer, I worked with Azure Products Teams, Program Management Teams, Developers, Testers for the Azure Backup, ASR and StorSimple Cloud Services. Primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and manage live cloud services and to onboard the Service to new data Centers across the globe. With Azure Cloud LiveSite Operations knowledge and technical expertise, helped Products Team to perform root cause analysis of service interrupting incidents. As public Cloud LiveSite, was responsible to mange and maintain security compliance and go through Operations Process review, internal and external audits to obtain ISO/SOC certifications.
