 Provide administrative support on the online system by keeping employee records up to date and accurate.  Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.  Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.  Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.  Make phone calls to new candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications.
