Job Duties:• Prepared monthly Performance Status Reports.• Receiving and downloading data from different - different sources and all Centers, Cleaning and formatting data using by EXCEL.• Cleaning and uploading data in CRM on date and priority basis. Sharing all data disposition with centers heads.• Removing duplicate numbers from Data through MS Access and Excel (Tools and formula).• Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data• Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule.• Excellent in MS Access, MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Table & PivotTable Chart, Charts, Macro, Forms, data validation & Scenarios)• Collated, analyzed and documented employee quarterly and half yearly performance details.Keep the Operation & Finance manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status, prepared proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime.
