With a Master of Science in Microbiology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, I have over three years of experience in Research and Development at Prathista Industries Limited, a leading company in sustainable agriculture solutions. I am passionate about innovation and improvement in the field of fermentation, with a focus on products and processes related to food and agriculture.I have successfully increased the product yield and reduced the cost by conducting cumulative studies and applying upstream and downstream techniques. I have also contributed to the quality assurance and certification of the products, following GMP, GLP, and other standards. I have used multiple instruments such as HPLC, GC, TLC, and AAS to perform analysis and testing. I have also completed a master's project on optimizing the production of a bioactive compound by a soil bacterium. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities, such as monitoring the quality operations of the lab and preparing COA and MSDS. I enjoy collaborating with my team and other departments to achieve the best results.
