Supported for the provisioning of 3G/4G Services in NPT/EPT Coordinating with various vendors like Ciena, and ECI for troubleshooting and New Implementation.Attending customer calls (Corporate & Service providers) for supporting them in making the circuits through.Automatic Protection, Switching and testing of the provisioned circuits.Testing & troubleshooting the circuits in putty for CIENA and MPLS routers.
