• Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.
• Process all staff letter requests like Salary certificates, Payslips, Maternity, Change in employment status, including customized request).

• Looking after end to end recruitment process.
• Closely interacting with the clients and helping them to close the positions.
• Directly interacting with clients and getting the requirements from them and help them to close the positions.
• Mapping candidates from various job portals as per the client need.
• Periodic follow ups are made to ensure the candidates take the interview call. Conducting the drives in various locations for various requirements
• Organize and co-ordinate information, Schedule, Feedback and Follow-up actions on profiles processed.
