Research professional with more than five years of experience in the domain of nanotechnology coupled with inhalation drug delivery. I have worked on the development of various lipidic and polymeric nanosystems encapsulating antimicrobials following the principles of Quality-by-Design for directly targeting the lungs. Most of my doctoral research work was carried out in collaboration with the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, UK as a Commonwealth Split-site Scholar (INCN-2017-239) for the year 2017-2018 and with Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India.Skills and Expertise Hands-on-experience on various equipment’s including Microfluidizer, High Pressure Homogenizer, Lyophilizer, Spraytec, Next-generation impactor, Zetasizer, Sonicator, UV Spectrometer, HPLC, flow cytometer and Langmuir Blodgett troughs  Expertise on various cell culture experiments including cell viability, qualitative and quantitative estimations, endocytic mechanistic pathway analysis and permeation studies across Calu 3 monolayers Have in-depth know-how and training on Design of Experiments and Quality Risk Management, QbD-based Formulation by Design and Analytical QbD  Well versed with various software’s including Design expert, Prism, PK solver, Spraytec, GuavaSoft and ZENlite  A vast record of publishing in international peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Nanobiotechnology, Drug Delivery, AAPS PharmSciTech, Artificial Cells Nanomedicine and Biotechnology, Critical Reviews in Therapeutic Drug carrier Systems, Journal of AOAC International etc. Till date, I have to my credit a total of 32 publications, including 10 first author publications, 16 co-author publications and 6 book chapters.
