Job Description: Involved in post sales implementation of SaaS based products for customers. I am managing end to end implementation of two products viz. Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Workforce Management Systems (WFM). I am also involved in re-selling of additional features to the clients. My task involves customer facing meetings and coordinating with internal teams of Sumtotal Systems. Designing the implementation plan and acquiring resources from internal teams on receiving the “Statement of Work” from the Sales team. Pre-configuration of Stage environment for training the customer. Defining the timelines with customer for successful implementation. Six phases of implementation viz: Project Kickoff, Configuration Workshop, Admin Training Workshop, Implementation support till Go-Live, Hand-over to Customer Support team on Go-Live. Project Kickoff involves providing an overview of the product and processes to be followed during the Implementation cycle Configuration Workshop and Admin Training Workshop involve demo of the product and all the functionalities through presentations and Stage environment, gathering of client requirements and demand, analysis of scope and documenting into Business Requirement Workbook and getting the sign-off from the customer (Freeze the requirements for current implementation). Support during the implementation involves daily or weekly meetings to track the progress and help the client in configuration of Production environment and reselling of additional features and packages. Coordinating with Product Management team for productization of new features demanded by multiple customers. Documentation for process and product enhancements. Taking Sign-off and organizing the Customer Support transition meeting once the customer goes live. Till date, successfully implemented LMS for 8 customers and WFM for 3 customers. I am also training new joinees on the products functionalities.
