Worked as a freelance consultant and trainer with several organizations in UK during 2008-2011, during which my role required me to audit and inspect the firms and providing feedback and training if required regarding Occupational health and safety aspects.

in this capacity my role was responsible for taking care of the training and overall operations working of the team, it required special efforts from my side and helped me gaining the international exposure to the work culture as my team comprised of individuals from Asia, Europe and Africa.
