Worked as a tech tester, using the scientific method to obtain objective data of various consumer electronics. In tandem with other teams, this data is then used to prepare trustworthy, accurate, and comparable product reviews for our users. Also directly interacted with users to answer questions and get feedback.

Was a Teacher Assistant at Concordia University. In that position, I held tutorial/review sessions that dozens of students attended every week. Allowed me to develop skills such as public speaking, organization, and prioritizing critical tasks, which helped my students achieve some of the best grades that semester.

Worked as a fraud prevention specialist. Took calls to help victims offraud, helping prevent and combat financial fraud. Also helped developnew strategies to create a more effective fraud prevention department.

Worked during a very busy time in the immigration department of theCanadian embassy in Rabat, Morocco. Did various tasks such asarchiving, error detection, meeting and assisting future immigrants. Alsoworked on special projects to modernize and improve the efficiency ofthe immigration process.
