As a Facilities Assistant at JLL, I provide office maintenance and support services to various clients. I have been working in this role since March 2023, after completing a 10-month stint as a Facilities Assistant at dentsu, a global media and digital marketing agency. In both positions, I have demonstrated my core competencies of communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail. I have also developed skills in managing contracts, vendors, budgets, and inventory, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. My mission is to create and maintain a comfortable, safe, and efficient work environment for the staff and visitors of the organisations I serve. I enjoy working in the field of facilities management, as it allows me to apply my practical and technical knowledge, as well as to learn from different industries and cultures.
