Responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40 privately-held companies, actively engaging in the market to identify and secure significant minority investments in private equity, while leading a team of analysts.

I started by analyzing Brazilian companies for the recommended portfolios, focusing on large caps. A few months later, we started to have recommended portfolios of international companies and I became the main analyst of international equities.So, I started to analyze, report and recommend companies located all over the world. More recently, we started to analyze international small caps and I am also responsible for this area.

I mainly analyzed onshore and offshore fixed income and variable income and investment funds, in addition to interacting with banks and financial institutions.

I began my career at the age of 17, gaining hands-on experience in retail and transportation by managing tasks such as conducting detailed inventory for a store with over 5,000 products and analyzing operational metrics, including tracking bus tire performance based on mileage to optimize resource usage. I led a team of 5 to 10 members, overseeing operations, driving sales targets, and implementing process improvements to enhance team performance and overall efficiency.
