- Conducts branch visits to inspect that all compliance and regulatory district and company expectations are being done- Participates in Banker and Manager Meetings in order to create a unified team and help drive expectations and share changes with the company- Coaches branches and helps allocate branch talent and resources to ensure that operations and compliance deadlines are completed in a timely manner- Prepare branches for their annual Retail Quality Assurance review Works with the district to share, help develop best practices and expose the team to loss trends and loan exceptions to help them manage their loss plans

- Completes employee schedule in order to facilitate for clientele - Assures that staff is adequate in order to service customers that come through the branch- Stagecoaches the teller line and lobby in order to ensure that customers are satisfied and get helped in an orderly fashion- Completes payroll and orders cash shipment for the branch - Gives final approval on wires, large currency and check deposits - Ensures that staff and manager meetings and conference calls run smoothly- Works with management team (Lead Tellers, Assistant and Branch Manager) to make sure that the branch meets its goals and exceed bank and customer standards in sales, service and losses
