o Project Owner for Engineering R&D Projects;o Responsible for managing the Test Engineering Department (19 employees), as well as defining and managing/defining CAPEX/OPEX for these areas;o Management of strategic projects and their priorities, usually related to capacity expansion plans and improvements to industrial facilities;o Manufacturing analysis and testing for technology transfer (NPI - New Product Introduction);o Coordination of the analysis and troubleshooting area for investigating customer and/or manufacturing faults and drawing up an action plan using quality tools (control charts, Ishikawa, histogram, pareto, dispersion);o Developing local items with suppliers;o Monitoring Engineering KPIs (OEE, OLE, FPY, RTY, NTF);o Drawing up FMEA and Control Plans to mitigate possible failure modes.

o Preparation of RDAs for submission to SUFRAMA for projects receiving R&D incentives, as well as budget management for each project;o Managing the Android development team for the adaptation/development of dedicated applications for POS modules with Android OS.o Interfacing with ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers), usually in China, to analyze the feasibility of technology transfer, taking into account Brazilian regulations such as ANATEL, ABECS and ISO scope extensions;o Responsible for coordinating the activities of the test engineering, manufacturing, mechanical, product development, quality and software teams related to each project (23 employees);o Management of the Development Engineering technical team (NPI), responsible for product homologation processes for clients and in accordance with Brazilian regulations;o Managing a team to monitor the development and production process for Mobile Telephony and P.O.S. o Responsible for coordinating the activities of the test and diagnostic/repair engineering teams (18 employees);o BOM analysis;o Tax classification - NCMo Application of engineering changes;o Implementation of new production lines;o Monitoring the production process of Mobile Phones, WiFi Modems/Routers, Set Top Boxes, Motherboards and Power Supplies in general;o Preparing product assembly manuals;o Analyzing field defects;o Communicating with the product's Chinese parent company;o Drawing up action plans using the PDCA tool;o FMEA and Control Plan.

Diagnosis and repair of the Set Up Box, TV and audio . Working with inline and repairs RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization), and assist in the repairs Jigs.

Repair test jigs/productive/process monitoring of Project aiming at improvements reducing defects in WIP and process optimization.
