• Responsible for National Sustainable Growth of Distribution Channel ensuring the achievement of sales revenue, profitability, geo coverage and market share increasing in Brazil.• Leading the huge transformation of the channel developing and implementing the new Commercial Policy. Focused on culture transformation of customers and sales team to reinforce trust relationships that the company provides valuing the End User needs and Sell Out.• Creating and executing business plans, campaigns and contracts management to boost the presence in the market connected with all the partners areas. (Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance and Sales Front Office).

Responsible for Offer Management in LATAM Market . Main activities highlighted below:• Responsible for ensuring the offer performance of the series under management (profitability, top line, control of costs variation and stock health).• Market Analysis – Monitoring competition, technical competitiveness proposing actions through all involved areas.• Pricing and prospecting new channel sales.• Development strategies to boost sales (tactical plans and sales campaign).• Development communication stuff such as catalogues, offer key attributes and sales pitch.• Prospect new offers, solutions and opportunities in accordance with the business, actuation field and sales channel LATAM.

Activities divided into three main areas:• Responsible for prospecting and boosting potential customers using for that the current portfolio (new approvals) and also bringing to Marketing team business cases of the opportunities seen around the Brazilian territory.• Responsible for giving lectures and products presentations of all low voltage portfolio. (I would highlight lectures done four times in Forum Potencia one of the most significant eletrical events in Brazil).• Responsible for techinical support for LATAM sales teams.

Responsible for serial products development to be manufactured in Brazilians Plant since the open gate, techinical analysis, tests in lab, try outs up to realease for sales.

Responsible for internal approvals of imported products, analysis to adapt to LATAM market and specific techinical regulations ensuring the project will attend all the needs customer satisfaction.Elaboration and execution end to end the product improvement projects focused on boost features and/or reduce costs of production.

Resposible for internal test in Lab following the standards and reporting to Quality Manager,Part of team of Internal Auditor ISO 9001
