Responsible for the data integrity of the HR/Payroll system and ensure that payroll, reporting, and integrations/feeds are accurate and consistent. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

Source of information via email and phone for several midsize to large companies on HR and payroll related matters including: employment verification, uploading I9 documents, password resets, benefits enrollment, personal data changes, tax withholdings and employee relations.

Responding to payroll and HR service requests. Perform basic client audits, participate in client calls and complete reporting on payroll activities. Process quarterly and year end audits. And any research related to payroll processing.

Point of contact for all Home Depot associates answering payroll, tax, and benefit related questions.Conduct transactions such as entering new-hires, transfers, and terminations for management in the appropriate systems.Plan and develop curricula and materials for training programs and conduct training.Ensure company compliance with Federal and State laws, including reporting requirements.Maintain reporting for Leave of Absence and FMLA
