As a bilingual NACA mortgage counselor, I work directly with individuals and families to guide them through the homebuying process. My primary role is to help clients become mortgage-ready by reviewing their financial situations, providing budgeting advice, and assisting with credit improvement strategies. I also help them understand the mortgage options available through NACA and support them in gathering and submitting the necessary documentation. Throughout the process, I offer personalized advice and support, ensuring that my clients are well-prepared to achieve affordable homeownership.
