I lead the Under Secretary for Labor and Employment Affairs at the State of Minas Gerais Government, overseeing a dedicated team of one hundred employees and coordinating more than one hundred and thirty SINE (Brazilian Public Employment Agencies) units. Our mission is to proactively foster productive worker inclusion, facilitate job intermediation, recruit job offers, enhance skills, and provide access to unemployment insurance, all while combating poverty.The role of our Under Secretary is pivotal in advancing social development in Minas Gerais through the implementation of labor, employment, income generation, entrepreneurship, popular solidarity economy, and vocational education policies. Our overarching objective is to empower socially vulnerable and historically marginalized groups, ensuring their access to public policies that facilitate full autonomy and citizenship. These impactful programs positively affect the lives of over two million citizens in Minas Gerais annually.

Elected President of the State Council for Labor, Employment, and Income Generation (CETER), I served a two-year mandate representing the Government of Minas Gerais. CETER is a deliberative council comprising representatives from the Government, employers, and workers, with the primary goal of ongoing deliberation on public policies that promote and support job creation, employment, income generation, and social and professional qualification in the State of Minas Gerais.Consisting of 18 prominent representative institutions involving the government, workers, and employers, our tenure witnessed significant achievements. Over the course of two years, we spearheaded the digitization of worker assistance services, established the State Observatory of Labor, organized seminars and informative events, and secured over ten million reais in funding from the Federal Government for the execution of various projects.

Elected as President of the State Council of Popular Solidarity Economy (CEEPS) and serving in this capacity for nearly three years, I represent the Government of Minas Gerais. CEEPS is a deliberative council consisting of representatives from the Government and civil entities. Its primary objective is to deliberate and propose guidelines, policies, and actions to promote Solidarity Popular Economy in the State of Minas Gerais. Comprising representatives from six State Government Secretaries and six civil society institutions, CEEPS engages in collaborative efforts with public, private, and third-sector organizations. We focus on training entrepreneurs, organizing fairs for the commercialization of solidarity economy products, and providing equipment for small traders.

As the Coordinator at the Central Office of Projects and Processes within the State of Minas Gerais Government, I lead a team of five dedicated professionals. In this capacity, I provide methodological and managerial support to various Departments, Agencies, and entities affiliated with the State Public Administration. My role is integral to the planning, monitoring, and management of priority programs, projects, and strategic processes.Furthermore, I actively contribute to the standardization of governance and project management procedures. This involves the development and implementation of project management methodologies, as well as the provision of crucial guidance and tools to support project managers in their roles.

Serving as a specialist within the team sector at the Central Office of Projects and Processes for the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, I am tasked with monitoring the physical, budgetary, and financial execution of the State's Strategic Portfolio. This involves overseeing the implementation of key public policies in various departments, including security, health, sports, human rights, and social assistance.My responsibilities extend to supporting the preparation and monitoring of the Multi-year Plan of Government Action, as well as generating management reports and providing strategic information regarding the execution of public policies.

Interning at the Subsecretariat for Government Strategy Management (SUGES) within the State Secretariat of Planning and Management (SEPLAG), my role involves providing support in the development and revision of the Minas Gerais Integrated Development Plan (PMDI), which outlines the long-term vision for the Government of Minas Gerais. This encompasses defining goals and indicators for the next twenty years.Additionally, I contribute to the formulation of the Plurianual Government Action Plan (PPAG), a medium-term plan outlining actions aligned with the government's agenda, including the composition of the strategic portfolio. My responsibilities also include participating in the planning and monitoring of Structural Programs, Projects, and Strategic Processes. I engage in meetings for tracking progress and collecting managerial information. Furthermore, I am involved in the negotiation, formulation, and evaluation of the Results Agreement.

Representing students within the Council of the Public Administration Bachelor's Program at the Professor Paulo Neves de Carvalho School of Government, I actively advocate for the academic interests of Fundação João Pinheiro's students.

Serving as the Director of Academic Policies with the Integration Slate, my primary responsibilities involve overseeing academic policies and initiatives targeted at students in the Public Administration Program at Fundação João Pinheiro. Engaged in the direct advisory role under Prosecutor Dr. Luiz Valli Neto at the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), my responsibilities encompass reading and summarizing cases, preparing INSS defenses in response to presented demands, generating appeals and petitions, and providing internal management support. I am extensively involved in Public Law, with a particular focus on social security and administrative law.
