Responsible for:• marketing plan and develop activities focused on demand generation and move pipeline (digital campaigns, events, webinars, workshops, success cases, financial incentive campaigns,...) with Hardware Vendors, Channels/Resellers and Distributors in Latin America;• handle digital content strategy, go-to-market, digital campaigns, nurture campaigns focused in demand generation and move pipeline;• measurement and performance of the SUSE Brazil profile and the SUSE Latin America profile on LinkedIn;

Responsible for the creating the Marketing Department from scratch. • MARKETING - definition of KPI's for Metrics with a focus on performance and sales; B2B lead generation and qualification by sales objectives; persona development by segment / profile; mapping the user's purchase journey; development of the automation flow of the communication rule based on customer behavior;• SALES - training and standardization of communication materials to support the commercial team; participation in sales forecast meeting and generation of indicators for monitoring;• PARTNERS AND CHANNELS - relationship management with partners / channels (business plan and co-branding activities);• SOCIAL - team coordination for content production for the online channels Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter and Website, aligning with the brand's offline actions and monitoring, measurement and performance of the channels. Planning of on and offline campaigns. Content management for social networks;• INTERNAL COMMUNICATION - internal marketing, communication materials with brand and message guide, internal events (training - including planning of the program and the event itself; End Of Year parties - including preparation of communication material and actions at the party).• BRANDING - brand positioning in the market and action planning for the stakeholders of each one (SEC4YOU and IDEssentials).• EVENTS - online and offline, own and market ones (Gartner, APICON, ...) creation of the communication project, content, speech, interaction with suppliers and post-event evaluation and lead generation. Planning of annual action calendar (events and marketing campaigns off and digital, and event sponsorship);

- Press Office: ghostwriter of articles, press conferences, interviews to announce financial results, press releases, press kits.- Social Media: organic content (copy and images) and relationship with influencersClients: Aceco TI, Akamai, BandTec, Exceda, Onodera, Rico Corretora (XP), Verifone and Zenvia.

- Press relations: accompanying interviews, relationship meetings (goodwills), press releases and press conferencesDaily meetings with teams in Latin America and the United States; Clients: SAP Brazil, SAP Labs, T-Systems, PromonLogicalis, Promon Engenharia and Promon Intelligens.
