Currently Allocated at the THAIOIL CLEAN FUEL PROJECT. Working as a Client Document Controller, where I’m responsible for receiving, reviewing and managing engineering documents and correspondence (digital and paper copies) submitted from EPC to the client’s Information System. Responsible for monitoring the progress calculation, follow up on document status, workflow and distribution as well as checking document compliance as per contract guidelines. Responsible for generating daily and weekly reports of open/closed and overdue items, cycle time report and progress report. Closely working with the Client to ensure all guidelines and compliance are followed and accomplished. Responsible for new user trainings (on and off site).

Responsible for managing the work contract and accounts payable of over 250 subcontractors employees, including accounts payable and invoice reconciliation send by the Third Party RH companies as well as responsible for solving any situation regarding subcontractor and the commercial account. Supported two of the biggest clients on the North American Media and Entertainment Sector, its metrics, financial and billing reports and controls including other internal processes.

Responsible for generating User and Finance Reports to the Global Mobility Team. Compliance Support: tracking, analysis, research, problem determination and hardware/software quotes, appraisal, purchase order management for some Global Mobility Accounts and Hardware reconciliation (assets). Supported the Global Mobility team by generating annual/bi-annual access recertification reports and Document of Understanding updates, review and approval for all internal Global Mobility processes, IT Help Central/Mobility page content review and updates and BonD.

Chosen by the Executive team to be part of process transition from a Third Party Company to IBM, acting as a senior focal point. I contributed with process design, desk procedure and process flow creation, developed cycle time reports, case management improvement and backup files standardization. Along with the audit team, pointed out auditable finance and operational points (KCOs and KCFRs). Selected by the process owner to help creating an intranet tool draft for processing and also worked with the Test Team as a User. I had the opportunity to participate of a SME Knowledge transfer in Atlanta, GA. Participation in weekly meetings with the Management and Executive team to discuss cycle time, case reviews and demand resolutions. Besides the core activities, I was also responsible for creating Department Meeting Presentation and Metrics Report along with the first line manager. Awarded with a Bravo Award for transitioning the process with effective improvements implemented and SAT results on Corporate Audit.

Post sale analysis of transactions involving US Public and Educational Sectors. Responsible for transaction documentation analysis (purchase order, transactional contract, bid/discount applied, tax exemption certificate) and sales criteria review so commission payment could be released to the sales team. Responsible for generating weekly open items to business partners report, finance report to brands, cycle time reports, quarter end coverage report and answering to audit samples whenever requested by audit. I’ve participated of process improvements which I highlight the complete process guide, audit points review which resulted on a decrease of the operational errors made by the sales team when applying bid/discount to a certain machine configuration, 45% decrease of processing commission payment time. Besides the core activities, I was also responsible for creating Department Meeting Presentation and Metrics Report along with the first line manager.

IBM critical process transition from USA to Brazil. Responsible for validating assembled machine configuration reported by the BP versus system’s inventory records, applying the discount (according to a bid), and credit to client. In charge of reports sent to the executive line, open items report, Report to Business Partners and over 30 days report. Online workshop with clients (all Located in the USA), discussing process execution and answering their doubts about how the request needed to be submitted in order not to be rejected, and other information it should include to expedite processing and credit receiving. Among the process improvements implemented on this transaction, I highlight macro development to a faster analysis of excel files with the reported machine configuration reported by client and system (via query), reports and spreadsheets improvements. These improvements resulted to an average processing cycle time reduction from 45 to 15 days, SAT audit results on a Sarbanes-Oxley. Bravo Award winner.

Responsible for all machine trial contracts, purchase orders, billing adjustments and bids in case of purchase and in case of return of equipment, responsible for the reversal logistic (used machine sales/scrap). Key player in 45 process improvements, resulting on a better communication with clients, backlog management improvements, cycle time reduction. SAT results in 2 Sarbanes-Oxley.

IBM Process transition from the USA to Brazil. Responsible for service order creation and follow up, scheduling machine installation on physical site and virtual installation, updating the maintenance contract and inventory system.
