After spending eight years teaching in a Montessori setting, I grew a passion for helping others. My goal was always for my students to succeed and become the best version of themselves. As time went on, I began to take that passion for helping others and started my journey of earning my bachelor's degree of leadership in human resources. While in school, many of my classes focused on how to become a better leader, how to create relationships with others, and how to work together as a team to reach our goals. My passion just grew more prominent, and everything I visualized doing for others became more of a reality. I saw myself using my communication, organization, creativity, self-motivation, and attention to details skills such an excellent fit for the field of human resources. My current employer has allowed me to blossom and use what I have learned in human resources for the pharmaceutical field, where I have no experience. I am able to create relationships with customers while helping our company grow and become the best of the best. In the five months that I have been working for my current employer, our sales have gone up, and productivity is at an all-time high. There is not a day that goes by that both my manager and I go through the numbers of the day and create goals for us to reach every month. There is no better feeling than knowing that you're helping a small business evolve. Aside from that, we have created a welcoming environment where others look forward to coming daily. As I continue to increase my knowledge in both the pharmaceutical field and human resources, I hope to ultimately be able to share my passion for helping others and success with those that will allow me to.
