Main Responsabilities -Analysis of the weekly results and supervision of the action plans of each store compared to its weekly performance.- Responsible for analysis and rotation of best sellers between stores.- Analysis of No-movements and Low-sellers in order to improve the commercial performance of the country as well as improve its Sell-out- Report and analyze the above points to Area ManagerIn short, develop weekly strategies with the Area Manager to better the country's KPIsNote: Responsibilities combined with Visual Merchandising functions;

VISUAL MERCHANDISERMain Responsabilities:- Ensures that product is presented in a manner which appeals to consumers. Develops visual displays that adapt brand messages to retail environment.- Develop and communicate product presentation programs through merchandise presentation directives that support overall visual strategy and direction- Facilitate the implementation of product presentation programs for categories, brand or seasonal initiatives, and special events; ensure that budgets, timelines, and other program details are clearly communicated- Assist in developing Nike visual training programs and resources for store employees and evaluate effectiveness of existing training- Monitor stores to ensure visual standards are met and product presentation is consistent- Participate in re-cap process and collect feedback to ensure that visual programs meet business needs and promote premium consumer experience- Help my store to adapt product presentation programs to their specific space and environment; identify merchandising opportunities to drive sales, support development of special signage or other collateral as necessary- Assist in continuing development of visual standards and guidelines

Main responsibilities- Analyze weekly sales by category and silhouette, to show according to their performance.- Analyze commercial growth in relation to the history by gender or by year- Change the exposure weekly according to the commercial performance and take into account climatic or promotional factors in progress or that took place in the previous year.- Perform according to the Visual Merchandising Department guidelines, however, always keeping in mind the local store and national sales.-Display Bes-sellers and require the same according to the speed of their flow.
