I am 28 years old, a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and Master degree in Economics and Innovation Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto.In these last years I have been reinforcing my academic training with some short-term training: - obtaining the Certificate of Pedagogical Competences - which allows me to give certified training; - training in AGILE Methodologies - a methodology inspired by LEAN (my training base and work experience) widely used by the IT sector today, an area that I am connected to in my daily life and that has been of interest to me increasingly; - training in Conflict Management - which allows me to manage people and teams in a much more conscious and effective way;In 2013 I undertook a curricular internship in process optimization at Toyota Caetano Portugal, S.A. I participated (2013) and was a promoter (2014) of the Poliempreende contest. I have worked (1 year and 9 months) at DSV Global Transport and Logistics - Road traffic - in the operational department and Inside Sales and Costumer Service. I worked at Adidas Business Services as Junior Accountant (1 year and 4 months) in the supplier payments team, where I had the opportunity to develop a case study that supported my thesis on "Managing space for creativity in organizations" Back in the logistics world, I worked as a Commercial Manager at Abreu Cargo, in the maritime department (5 months). With the willingness to develop skills in the industry, as an engineer, I embraced the SISMA project, Sá Couto & Monteiro, S.A., where I perform functions as manager of quality and environmental systems. Also, I've functions in process continuous improvement- which includes the development of changes and new features to the ERP used by the company - and I&D project developer.(Since January 2018) Today I am seeking to develop projects that promote soft and hard skills in the area of ​​management and optimization of projects and processes, operational consulting and continuous improvement.My professional ambitions are related with the possibility of doing Project and Team Management and integrating my knowledge in Organizational Creativity and Innovation in the leadership roles that I seek to perform.The IT sector interests me particularly because part of my work is intrinsically linked to software development (equivalent to product owner) and because I believe that my profile is an asset to this sector.
