I participated in numerous international research projects focused on advancing our understanding of the effectiveness of communication strategies related to COVID-19 health messaging. Additionally, I replicated influential research findings to assess their validity. The outcomes of this research have been published in prestigious scientific journals such as Nature Human Behavior, the proceedings of The Royal Society, and PNAS.I authored several research articles, and book chapters about technology and psychology. I also collaborated as peer-reviewer for numerous influential scientific journals in the fields of computer science, human-robot interaction and psychology.

I had a key-role in the conceptualization, and execution of the AGENTS project, which was conducted as a partnership between INESC-ID, ISCTE-IUL and Carnegie Mellon University (USA).

I collaborated as a research assistant at CIS-IUL (ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa) on the AMIGOS project (Affect Modeling for Robots In Group Social Interactions [Modelação de Emoções em Robôs para Interações Sociais em Grupo]).In this EU-funded project, I played a key role in study design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination, making a significant contribution to advancing the design and interactive abilities of social robots in entertainment settings.I presented the findings of this project at cutting-edge international conferences on HRI and Psychology held across North America, Europe, and Asia.

I worked as an assistant at the Career Services and Alumni Office. In this position, my primary responsibilities included supporting applications for international projects, managing secretary tasks, and overseeing databases, including CRM (Salesforce). I actively contributed to the organization and successful execution of events and workshops. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in mentorship projects and alumni outreach, underscoring my dedication to fostering meaningful connections within the professional community.

I offered both direct and indirect support for various conferences hosted at my university. This encompassed tasks such as participant registration, assisting speakers, and maintaining records.
