Lead marketing division for the brand. Responsible for directing and developing team for Product Marketing, Digital/Online, CRM, Events and Visual Merchandising. Worked closely with Brand Manager and Regional Marketing Leads in executing brand campaigns. Developed and executed digital campaign for Miss Universe in January 2017. Work included paid social media advertising, content calendar development etc. Both FB and IG’s average engagement for campaign was at 12% vs Industry Benchmark at 5%. Snapchat Global Account takeover generated total view of 1.3M. Campaign was awarded “Best Locally Driven Campaign” for MAC Asia Pacific in July. Played key role in a team for the planning, launch and implementation of the brand’s first social media account: @maccosmeticsph in IG last September 2017. In addition, spearheaded launch of first local e-commerce platform for MAC Cosmetics in the market with BeautyMNL Q4 of 2017.

Developed and managed marketing calendar along with marketing budget. Major accomplishment include rollout of Instant Artistry Event in SM North Edsa in June 2014. Philippines was the third market to execute this event globally. Animation ended with 2% sales contribution to brand in a span of 7 days eventing period.

Spearheaded the market’s 1st industry event for MAC Glamour Daze which was attended by over 500 celebrities, press and influencers. Launched MAC Archie’s Girls via mall industry event which sold almost USD 30K in just two days. Keyed launch of brand site maccosmetics.com.ph in October 2012 in a record time of three (3) months.

Managed the brand and grew the division by 78% in retail sales vs previous fiscal year. Conceptualized and implemented GoodSkin Labs Academy – training program for the field consultants. Said program earined recognition as “Best Practice” from GSL Global.
