- Represent Bitdefender in Romania and Moldova countries as the technical part of the Sales process.- Communicate and deliver product messaging at all levels, from an SE-level deep dive to a C-level elevator pitch.- Together with the sales teams, build up the funnel, qualify the opportunities and contribute to closing the sales and achieve the sales quota for the territory/region.- Be customer-centric by providing market-leading solutions and support to solve customer problems- Respond effectively to RFPs- Conduct workshops, enablement, training and certification sessions for Partners.- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and successfully manage Proof of Concepts (POCs)- Deliver product demos, product proof of concepts and technical support during the sales process- Liaise closely with the product organisation to capture local market intelligence and have advanced visibility into our product roadmap- Provide email, phone, on-site and remote assistance for Bitdefender Enterprise customers. - Build and maintain relationships with Bitdefender customers and partners.- Support our local partners with deep product expertise and ad-hoc training to enable them to be more self-sufficient- Participate in regional shows- Create and deliver passionate and motivating presentations, both business-focused, as well as technical.- Strategically position Bitdefender with other technologies sold by competitors.- Engage in, and create internal projects that benefit customers.- Keep abreast of the high level market trends in mobile security, including the fast evolving threat landscape.- Overcome sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.

- Handling and executing change requests within stipulated time frame;- Performing consistency checks on the network;- Second line support with necessary expertise to solve issues escalated from FO;- Periodically monitor and hold performance reports in order to reach the agreed KPIs;- New sites integration (creating scripts), carrier expansion, sites deletion;- Handles and analyses TT and recommends actions and technical solutions;- Fault management and troubleshooting;- Collect and analyse required logs and traces during and post fault investigations;- Performance and configuration management - Follows up with customer to ensure first call resolution and achieves and delivers 100% customer satisfaction;- Involvement in upgrade/updates of live nodes;- On-site test calls after re-parenting- Using several tools to accomplish tasks such as: M2000, NetAct, U 2000, PRS, and Remedy

- Monitoring the performance and capacity of the client’s network using a variety oftools. Looking for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions andworking to determine the cause of the problem.- Troubleshooting Problems- Tracking and documenting all issues and resolutions in detail. - Report Incidents
