Working in fast paced busy environment, providing HR administration support and assistance to all colleagues and managers. This includes managing data, producing reports and providing advice on company policies and procedures in a confidential manner. Managing myself, my work load and working to tight deadlines. My main duties and responsibilities include: Absence Management and long term sick cases (producing monthly reports on persistent and long term absences and ensuring managers are notified and following the absence management process) Managing all recruitment and related queries; ensuring all recruitment is advertised to the branches requirements to maximise and obtain an attractive number of candidates. Assisting HR advisors with disciplinaries, grievances and AWOL employees. Dealing with all reference request and administration. Processing of all new starters, leavers and employee change letters. Ensuring all correct A&I documentation is received and contracts are authorised with desired time limits. Workings towards payroll deadlines toensure all paperwork is completed and authorised and all systems are updated. Providing support and assistance on all HR related queries. Keeping up to date with all current employment law legislation and company processes to ensure correct procedures and advice is followed through. Contributing to HR projects and being involved with changing processes and supporting ER Advisors and HR Business Partners with information and reports.
