I believe I am a well-rounded, professional with a proven track record managing and delivering medium to large scale projects in Ireland, Middle East & Southern Africa. I possess the Skill, capabilities, and experience to lead the delivery of various types of projects in a BIM Lead, Project /Site Architect, or Team Lead capacity ranging from Retail to Hospitality, High-End Luxury Residential, Entertainment, Industrial and Commercial Developments. My passion and drive to achieve successful delivery of the projects under my control is translated into my daily tasks, objectives, and goals which involve the ability and responsibility to successfully lead a project team through the various Project Design Development Stages whilst managing workflows, monitoring sustainability targets, QAQC processes working with Project Managers to monitor and report on progress and programming.My focus has always been on understanding and constantly learning and developing my skills in technical design and detailing, compiling & understanding specifications, problem-solving, and coordination.I have experience representing my current and previous organizations in a client-facing capacity, working together with clientele within the MENA region and Southern Africa to successfully analyze and understand their project brief and requirements, together with the unwritten objectives and goals, and thereafter to collectively work toward ensuring that these targets are achieved at final completion and handover.I always strive to maintain a positive teamwork relationship with fellow professionals and consultants that I collaborate with daily be it, Lead Project Managers, Structural or MEP Engineering Consultants and other Professionals or Contractors which always leads to a better and more open environment of communication which I believe is a must in the era of BIM Coordination.Since 2003, I have gained over 18 years of experience in a Senior Construction Advisory and Site Supervision role specializing in Contract Administration, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Progress Reporting, Shop Drawing, and Material Approval, Specification Monitoring and Control, Warranty Assessment and Evaluation, Workshop Management and Dispute Resolution. I have successfully completed a various range of projects from a Waterpark Project with land reclamation on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai to a Data and Call Center in Durban, South Africa, high-end residential housing developments to being part of the delivery and construction of the largest Motor Vehicle Parts Distribution Center in Africa.
