My role as HSEQ Advisor includes:• Undertaking site audits, reporting findings to site and senior management and ensuring audits are followed up and closed out.• Developing Construction Stage Health and safety Plans.• Carrying out the company’s induction to all new employees and sub-contractors working on site.• Creating and briefing Toolbox Talks on site.• Liaising with the Safety Manager and Site Managers to ensure Health and Safety documentation is up to date on site.• Preparing accident/ incident reports and service strike reports.• Chairing safety meetings and departmental meetings.• Reviewing training requirements.• Delivering manual handling training.• Delivering abrasive wheels training
