Overall responsibility for coordination of supply chain activities, from calculation of needs, procurement, delivery, storage and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment.• Manage the supply of product, allocate, monitor/place the product for maximum sales• Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.• Working closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce cost.• Co-ordinate and expedite placement of purchase orders to ensure material is delivered on time.• Review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process.• Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.• Track orders and confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.• Oversee dispatching, routing and shipping activities, prepare all supporting documentation• Organizing various kinds of logistics information and regular follow up with the shipping companies.• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.• Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.• Monitor all transportation operations, schedule and track shipments; consolidate them to minimize the costs• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of Warehouse workers• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments• Resolve work problems, provide advice and recommend measures to improve productivity

• Monitor workplace activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols • Inspect the premises and the machinery that workers will use to ensure that they are safe to run• Inspect workers to make sure that they are wearing safety clothing and gear• Look for potential hazards that may result in a problem• Identify and remove unsafe or hazardous materials from job sites prior to each shift• Ensure tool box meetings are conducted prior to the job and conduct safety meetings to promote personnel awareness in safety rules, regulations and procedures• Provide new company employees with HSE induction• Perform accident investigations to gauge measures that need to be taken to prevent them the next time• Write detailed report of accidents• Ensure that all incidents, accidents and near misses are reported immediately, and full technical investigation is performed, actions identified assigned and completed• Assist in developing and implementing safety and loss prevention programs

Providing customer service to both internal and external customers by ensuring efficient, timely and safely servicing of aircraft arrivals and departures in accordance with the company requirements and standards. • Maintain pre-flight preparations and radio contact when passengers are experiencing difficulties• Report missing, excessive baggage and other emergencies to authorities

Working as part of a team in a busy distribution centre, under the guidance and supervision of a warehouse manager. Involved in moving stock around manually and carrying out all orders effectively.• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment such as pallet truck and Forklift • Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, order picking and packing• Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse. Packaging and labeling products before they are dispatched.
