The IT & Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all operational activities related to information technology (IT), facilities, and office assets, including managing associated vendor relationships. This includes overseeing technical support for staff, managing the relationship with all IT contractors directly, and assisting with or managing.

• I am responsible for coordinating all operational activities related to information technology (IT), facilities, and office assets, including managing associated vendor relationships. I also oversee administrative.
• Monitors all technology systems (IT, phones, network, computer workstations, mobile devices, software, and office technology) to ensure security, functionality, and reliability.
• Provides IT support to various end users within established timeframes.
• Installs and configures basic hardware and software to provide computer, network, and telephone access to staff.
• Ensures that staff at all levels are educated about the effective use of available technology (network, software, devices, etc.), which includes providing ongoing training and end user support.
• Acts as primary contact for contracted IT, facilities, equipment and other business-related services.

• Provided remote support for a wide array of software, hardware, and networking systems:- Software: Windows XP, 7, 8, MS Office Suite, Citrix applications, McAfee Endpoint Encryption and Antivirus, ADP applications.
• Provided technical solutions for hardware and software issues to over 30 healthcare companies within a HIPPA compliant environment.
• Managed multiple incidents per day.
• Incident Management Software: Service Now and Heat- Hardware Setups include: Desktops, laptops, thin clients, time clocks, network and local printers, smart phones (Blackberry, Android, and iPhone), and other mobile.
• Utilized Active Directory extensively to manage user and workstation accounts.

*Provide technical assistance to Corporate employees and Marcus Hotels and Resorts property employees in the use of computer hardware and software *Respond to requests answering user questions, receiving, documenting, and maintaining a record of reported trouble; follow-up as necessary*Configure applications, system software, hardware, and local.

Marquette University

• Provide continued maintenance and development of bug fixes and patch sets for existing web applications.
• Ensure network, system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide documentation on start-up, shut down and first level troubleshooting of processes to help desk staff.
• Install software, modified and repaired hardware and resolved technical issues.
• Provide base level IT support to non-technical personnel within the business.
• Manage call flow and responded to technical support needs of customers.

Crossed Trained for 2 Positions at SSP. The first position is my primary Position. Support Service Level 2:*Consult and update the Support Services M&R (Maintenance and Repair) database on a daily and weekly basis to determine the urgency with which ever emerging tasks need to be completed *Seek out and take initiative with regards to job related duties.
