I am a skilled professional in Business Development, especially in the sales department for b2b and b2c companies. I started my career as a Sales Officer in the main branch of ONE BANK LIMITED in 2017-18. During that time, I was able to set a few records in the Card Division. My entire team was motivated to set up goals and make result-oriented efforts to maintain customer relationships and make progress.In 2018, I joined NRB BANK LIMITED’s Corporate Head Office as a Junior Executive. This was a great opportunity for me considering the team I used to work with in terms of hard work, focus, and delivering results. I was able to grow my confidence to a level where I feel comfortable making executive decisions, maintaining a good relationship with clients, and working as a big team player. I’ve always believed in good prospecting which I got to apply and learn more at this stage.The experience came in handy when I joined Vision Survey and Inspection Limited as a Business Development Lead. I was in charge of a team responsible for prospecting, maintaining client profiles, creating databases of potential leads, and reporting to higher authorities helping them take executive decisions. I was successful in building the company’s high reputation to a level that it has already surpassed a lot of similar companies.I have pursued my dream of becoming a business owner, in quest of which I launched my own company ALADIN. Its primary objective is to manufacture and distribute leather products all over the country. Right now, we have more than 20 types of different products which are being delivered on a regular basis.In 2022 me along with my partners have started importing automobile related tools and accessories. Now we are importing from China & Indonesia. In near future we are planning to import more products from some other countries.Besides my professional career timeline, I am continuing my EMBA in Management Information Systems at the University of Dhaka. Moreover, I love to take part in other social engineering and psychological courses. I have done two separate social engineering courses out of interest and conducted a speech as a Motivational Speaker in two places.My desire has always been to have a hard-working and result-oriented team where I could grow myself as an individual and take one step at a time each day. In this process, I want to help the company grow in the best way possible.
