Experienced Maths Teacher with history of strong success rate in GCSE and A level maths. I am an Advanced practitioner in Mathematics. I have vast experience in teaching mathematics from KS3 to KS5. Over the past 5 years I taught and developed new curriculum of NEW GCSE (9-1) and New A level including core and applied modules. I have achieved one of the top success rate over the past years and many of my students went to some of the world top universities in the world. I was the GCSE maths coordinator for 4500 GCSE students and led the maths department successfully with 20 teaching staffs. I took the leading role of mentoring PGCE and NQTs. Recently, I have been nominated as Maths coach to train other teachers to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. This has impacted significantly to improve the success rate of the maths department.I am able to contextualise and enhance pedagogical practice through vast experience in outside world including government, finance , energy , security and research.
