Duties/Responsibilities:• Verify and investigate the validity of insurance claims raised by customers/clients.• Appointing surveyors to assess Claims• Collecting documents required for Claim evaluation.• Checking all documents in favor of the claim, then making notes for management approval, and then loss vouchers with forwarding. Final settlement of the claim with cheque forwarding.• Prepare Quarterly & Yearly Claim Paid & Claim outstanding Statements.• Statements as required by IDRA & BIA (Like API, Quarterly Report, Monthly Report)• Prepare the claim file for the claim meeting.• Any official letters (Bengali & English) as required.
