Current💡Working Experience :🔸Transformer, HT, LT, VFD, PFI panel, Air Compressor erection and commissioning.🔸Lighting power supply ensuring to the required side from MLDB panel. Also maintaining, generator & UPS as backup power supply during grid power failure.🔸As per E & I drawing, Power , Control and Instruments cable laying, dressing and cable termination checking to the selected feeder.🔸Insulation testing of cables and motors.🔸Field instruments (RTD , Pressure transmitter,Level sensor etc.) installation and cable connection checking from field to PLC through junction box.🔸Analog and digital input output signals checking from PLC panel to DCS.🔸Operation and Cement process control in the central control room.🖥️Responsibilities:🔹Ensuring proper circuit start-up and shut-down to minimise downtime.🔹To check all protection of the equipment to run the raw materials unloading and production circuits of the plant.🔹Ensuring proper feed preparation for running the mill.🔹Operation of ball mill using SCADA to provide desired production.🔹Operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow, safety and efficient operation and to detect malfunctions.🔹Coordination with the field supervisor to start,stop, to control or adjust machinery and equipment.🔹Monitoring temperature & vibration of equipment & checking amps of bucket elevator, belt conveyor to prevent excessive flow of materials by immediate actions.🔹Monitoring any changes in the circuit to the feed,the return, and finished materials by coordination with the mill operator.🔹Working proactively with the mill operators to maintain proper circuit balance to ensure optimal process flow by adjusting feed rate.🔹Recording data from operations including hourly quality testing report of production on specified forms.🔹To maintain the quality of cement by changing the circuit parameters.🔹Observation of scheduled maintenance of motor, gear box and other equipment for smooth operation.🔹Performing all other related tasks.
