I have been critically analyzing under performing health systems, developed and implemented outcome driven innovative approaches,.I have been supervising large-scale teams with diverse backgrounds, promoted gender equality and observed zero tolerance for workplace harassment. From multiple survey findings, retrieving highly relevant and useful program data for setting baseline and targets in the strategy. Collecting and analyzing health facility data for assessing diseases trends in remote mountainous regions in GBC. Collecting and analyzing data on MNCH indicators including vaccination coverage records for priority valleys and suggesting targeted interventions for the regions. Developing quarterly plans and annual plans for donor funded projects, the outcomes of which are synchronized with regular health program outcomes. Responsible for developing project monitoring plans with realistically set targets. Tools designed for process and summative evaluation of the projects and regular programs. From the current medicines and vaccines consumption patterns in different health care centers in GBC, designed tools for pharmacy stock management that included stock requests, monthly drug consumption reports abreast analysis for rational drug prescription. Responsible for compiling reports from each health facility and developed comprehensive reports with descriptions of the analyzed data and systematic reviews on data trends. Planned training need assessments and developed capacity building plans with an embedded cascade model of training.
