▪ HR with recruiting IT professionals for India, UK, South Africa, APAC countries. ▪ Employee Life Cycle Related HR Ops Support: Onboarding, negotiation of the offers, New Hire Orientation, FNF, Exit Interviews, Asset coordination, UK probation. ▪ Issuing various letters: Offer letters, employment agreements, relieving letter, salary adjustment letter, verification letter, probation letter, Visa etc. ▪ Building strong relationships with hiring managers and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders ▪ Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. ▪ Handling inquiries regarding policies, procedures and benefits. ▪ Conduction On-campus placement virtually, handling overall process of internship till their conversion as Full time employees. ▪ Employee Engagement Activities (Virtual). ▪ Handling Vendor Management– BGV, Insurance, Job Portals Subscription, Payroll. ▪ Create HRIS (Workday) login credentials then onboard new hires into Workday Portal. Generating HRIS (Workday) reports on monthly basis to key Stakeholders. ▪ Leave Management including Paternity leave, maternity leave making Holiday Calendar.
